What We Quilt,

We use multi needle lock stitch quilting machines on all of our work, ensuring a stronger stitch. Our machines are regularly serviced and updated to maintain a high quality.
We want to give all of our customer’s the best possible experience and so are on hand to offer our support and experience to ensure a tailored solution for your business.
You may already have a quilting pattern in mind, or you can choose from our extensive pattern book. Our computerised machine means we can make adaptions if you prefer a bespoke pattern.
We can advise which patterns work best with the different weights of wadding. The thicker the wadding the bigger the pattern will need to be
Wide-Width Quilting
Our standard quilting width is 1500–1600mm, but for larger products we can quilt up to 2400mm, eliminating the need to join panels and ensuring a cleaner finish.
Bespoke Pattern Design
Our quilting machines have been upgraded with computerised technology, allowing us to create custom quilting patterns beyond the limitations of a traditional pattern library.
Wadding & Fillings
We stock UK-sourced recycled polyester wadding in weights ranging from 70gsm to 300gsm. All materials comply with BS 5852 Part 2: 1982 standards.
Customer-Supplied Materials
If polyester wadding isn’t suitable for your application, you’re welcome to supply your own materials. We regularly quilt a wide range of fillings, including foam, felt, and natural fibres.
