We use multi needle lock stitch quilting machines on all of our work, ensuring a stronger stitch.  Our machines are regularly serviced and updated to maintain a high quality.

  You may already have a quilting pattern in mind, or you can choose from our extensive pattern book.  Our computerised machine means we can make adaptions if you prefer a bespoke pattern.

We can advise which patterns work best with the different weights of wadding. The thicker the wadding the bigger the pattern will need to be.

Our wadding is all UK sourced and available from stock. Weights available from stock start at 70grm increasing to 300grm. If a heavier weight wadding is required please call to discuss. Our wadding is made from recycled polyester and complies with BS5852 Part 2 1982.

If a Polyester Wadding is not what your looking for we are happy to quilt your supplied filling. We regularly quilt foam, felt as well as natual fillings.

We have worked together with the developer of Quilted Fibreglass and have recently taken over full manufacture of this product making us the leading supplier of quilted fibreglass.
We have the facilities to take in full container loads as well as smaller quantities.
