Choose a Colour Matching or a Contrasting Thread
Once the fabric arrives, it is rerolled if necessary and allocated to a machine
Wadding or the Customer's Filling is allocated
Threads and Bobbins are Selected
Machies are set and threaded manually
Needles are threaded, fabric and wadding is on the machine and we are ready to start
The last stage is repair, all rolls are checked for thread breaks and slips.
